THE ST. THOMAS DAY SCHOOL

The St. Thomas' Day School was started in January 1916 with Miss Priscilla C. Wells as Headmistress, two teachers. Miss Hannah and Miss Moses and 34 children.


The academic year at St. Thomas' College consists of three terms – the first term from April to May, a second term from July to December and the third term from January to March.



AFFILIATED:

St. Thomas' College is affiliated to the Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE). The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) at the end of year X and, subsequently, the Indian School Certificate (ISC) at the end of year XII.

ACTIVITIES:

Cricket, hockey and football are seasonal sports. Table tennis, badminton, basketball, athletics and gymnastics are also built into the school calendar
